About Us

At Bootstrapped Giants, we're making bootstrapped entrepreneurship the norm, not the exception. While others focus on venture-backed unicorns or lifestyle businesses, we're building the go-to resource for ambitious founders who want to grow profitable companies using their own revenue.

We're part of Gateway X, a venture studio founded by Jesse Pujji after he bootstrapped Ampush to $30M+ in revenue and realized bootstrapped companies could be much bigger than most people think. Now Gateway X conceives and scales multiple companies simultaneously while open-sourcing the proven playbooks.

When Jesse partnered with Andrew Warner—who had also bootstrapped his company to $30M+ and later founded Mixergy to interview founders from Y Combinator, Airbnb, and Dropbox—they saw an opportunity to transform how entrepreneurs think about bootstrapping. Together, they're scaling Bootstrapped Giants from newsletter to full media and education platform, giving ambitious founders the resources they never had.
